Hey, thanks for visiting Perfect Health At Home.
My name is Dylan and I’m the creator of this website. I started this project with one thing in mind, the truth; not health trends, not what’s popular and nothing superficial. If you want a “take this pill and get skinny” or “one weird exercise to get totally ripped” type articles, you’re in the wrong the place.
The information here is meant to be as helpful in 100 years as it is today.
Health is important to me because I’ve been without it. Believe it or not, I injured my health unwisely practicing breathing exercise. It’s sound weird, I know, but it happened.
After doctors couldn’t help I decided I would rebuild my health on my own. It’s been a crazy trip but I’ve learned so much and felt the need to share it.
I take safety and facts very seriously. Everything is well researched and can be easily added to your life. If you want to know more about the beliefs that shape this website, read the 9 Natural Laws of health. That will give you a good idea about what you’ll find here.
Besides writing and researching for this website, I like to hangout with my friends and family. I love basketball and try to play whenever possible.
If you want to know more just ask and I’ll answer anything you want to know.
One more thing. Don’t let your health deteriorate before you start working on it. If you want to start making improvements, start today not tomorrow. Right now, not later. Don’t put it off
On that note, I’ll let you get to it. Good luck on your healthy journey!
-Dylan
hey Dylan, what’s deep breathing?
Nevermind I just saw your page about deep breathing lol =)
Very interesting website and intriguing to say the least!
Thanks for reading and commenting and I’m glad you saw my deep breathing page. If you decide to make deep breathing a part of your life make sure to choose a breathing system or routine that’s safe to use like MY System
“A little over four years ago I read some bad information online about deep breathing and unsafely started using that practice in my daily life.”
How is it possible to breathe unsafely, whether deep breathing or otherwise? And so unsafely to completely destroy your health? I find this baffling. Can you expound on how exactly you did the unsafe breathing and what exactly resulted from it?
Sure and I understand how this can be confusing. If you practice breathing exercises with any amount of strain, it will damage your nerves, lungs and heart. You also need to gradually strengthen your lungs and how long you practice. I was unaware of this and never thought taking deep breaths could hurt me. I would spend a lot of time doing these breathing practices and over time it damaged my health greatly.
Others have had the same problem with even worst outcomes and some never recover. It’s almost like an addiction.
But I righted the ship and was luckily was able to reverse the damage done to my organs and nerves.
It wasn’t like I had weak lungs or had any physical weaknesses when I started either. I’m a natural athlete and was athlete of the year. The benefits are worth it though if you decide to start breathing exercises. Please though follow my advice.
HI Dylan, what was your illness from deep breathing?
Its a very interesting product Great that you have it here, will be reading more about it.
I did some nerve damage from deep breathing. This caused tremendous pain and destroyed my health and energy. It’s taken a lot of effort to get everything back to normal and I’m happy with everything I’ve learned during this time
Hi Dylan,
I really liked you’re page about the cold showers, however I’m a big freeze baby and I also have hypothyroid in which being cold makes me depressed. I take warm showers but not really hot. So is it bad for me to still always use warm? I know everyone is not the same but I can’t stand to be cold, its very uncomfortable and even painful! Keep up you’re great work!
Kind Regards
Krissy
Taking warm showers is fine, and if cold brings you pain or emotional distress, don’t take them cold. You could always try finishing your showers by decreasing the temperature little by little; know your own body and limits though.
