You don’t need expensive products to treat dry skin and there’s a natural skin care routine for dry skin that doesn’t require any lotions or creams.

Lotions and Creams Don’t Work
Your skin is really important to your overall health and is responsible for eliminating toxins and waste products from your body.
Everything we eat, drink and breath has some degree of poisons in it. Many causes of depression, anxiety, nervousness, insomnia, giddiness, concentration problems and low energy come from your eliminating organs not filtering out these poisons; you skin is one of these organs.
It also protects your body from germs and bacteria. If your skin is weak, germs can penetrate the body much easier and you will find yourself sick more often.
Dryness is a sign your skin isn’t working correctly.
Most people turn to lotions to keep their skin healthy but lotions don’t work. What lotions do is give the illusion of healthy skin. Even when it comes to dryness it doesn’t actually fix the problem.
At best it only temporarily relieves it.
Here’s how lotions work;
You put the lotion on and it it fills in the lines of dry skin and superficially gives off the appearance of a health. Once you wipe the lotion off or it naturally comes off, your skin returns back to its dry state.
Nothing was fixed.
You will have to keep buying lotions and creams and other expensive products because your skin problem remains; this can cost thousands in a year and tens of thousands over the course of an entire life.
Wouldn’t you rather actually fix the condition of your skin so dryness can’t occur anymore?
Cleanliness Is Something You Probably Do
Or at least hopefully do.
The main part of cleanliness is making sure you shower daily and use a good soap a few times a week.
What I’m talking about is taking showers cool or even cold. Taking cold showers is better for your skin than hot water and it improves the condition of your hair and gives you calm nerves for the day.
There are ways to make your cold shower feel really amazing and refreshing; even more so than a hot one.
The way to do this is to make sure you are warm before getting in. In fact, you should never take a cold shower if you are cold, because it can do damage to your nerves.
If you follow that one simple rule you are in no danger.
The best way to make sure you are warm is to exercise before and get your blood pumping. This is exactly what you do in My System (I’ll explain more a little later).
Another good way to get warm is to start your shower off hot or warm and to end it cold.
Friction Is Something You Probably Don’t Do
But you should start doing.
There are thousands of tiny muscles connected to the vessels of your skin that go without exercise for basically your entire life. When these muscles lose firmness and elasticity, your skin begins to sag and wrinkle.
Intelligently using friction is the best way to ensure these muscles stay firm for life.
Also, there are billions of capillaries below your skin that have extremely important jobs. They help deliver oxygen and nutrients to your organs and help transport waste products, like carbon dioxide, out of your body.
If these tiny capillaries aren’t working properly your whole body will suffer.
Friction is like exercise for your capillaries and rational use of it makes them completely sound and healthy.
Plus it gets the dirt trapped deep in your pores out.
Cleanliness and Friction in My System
My System makes use of both. I’ll explain the whole routine in a second, but half way through you take your cool shower (after doing some exercise to warm up).
After you are done with the shower and dried off, you begin the self massage portion of the routine.
The massage is a simple stroking and rubbing to the surface of your skin from your hands. It is done in certain directions to improve blood flow while giving all your internal organs a massage.
Every part of your skin is polished and rubbed and it only takes 7 minutes to get through. These rubbings are combined with exercise, this way you get a muscular workout too. In all there 10 moves in the self massage.
Any skin problems, including dryness, is fixed from this.
Rest of My System
You might be a little curious about My System at this point. Basically it combines exercise, deep breathing, self massage and your daily shower to strengthen, relax and tone your body. There are 19 movements in total.
It only takes 15 minutes and there are no unnecessary pauses; every second of the routine is designed to improve an aspect of your health.
Your whole body, from your muscles, your lungs, your skin and all internal organs are strengthen and revitalized in this time period.
It doesn’t require any weights or equipment and can be easily preformed in your house.
The best part is how it makes you feel and it actually gives you more energy after the workout than before. Your whole body loosens up and you get a deep, but alert relaxation.
Your productivity improves without the need for coffee, pills or any other artificial stimulants that are ruining your nerves in the long run.

The first nine exercise are dynamic movements and include:
- Leg raises
- And other bends and movements for all your body parts.
The deep breathing is done after and between each exercise and serves to strengthen your lungs and give your internal organs a massage by lifting them out of their stagnant positions (I told you there’s not a wasted second!).
Breathing exercises can be dangerous if practiced unwisely and can cause damage to your lungs, heart and nerves. This happens if they are done with any amount of strain and done too aggressively.
One way to ensure you don’t strain is to learn relaxation techniques. These can take months to learn, and can be tedious.
The easier and more comfortable way to ensure you don’t strain is to breath when more air is needed; like after an exercise.
Did you know only 1 out of every 50 people breath correctly? Most peoples take shallow and fast breaths, using only parts of their lungs.
People who breathe deeply and slowly are more confident, less prone to anxiety, depression and nervousness. They also tend to be more energetic and have a more stable mood.
This breathing exercise will fix any breathing problems you have and will give you the deep and slow breathing you are looking for.
After the first 9 exercises with deep breathing in between you take your cold shower. After that you finish up with the massage; you do deep breathing between each massage movement too.
And that’s how you take care of all your health needs in just 15 minutes.
