Any Dangers Involved?

People with high blood pressure shouldn’t use ginseng because it is a stimulant. Other than that, there’s really no side effects as long as you take the recommended dosages. Give yourself breaks after a few weeks too.

That’s why herbs are always the superior option when compared to prescription medicines. Drugs have chemicals that weren’t meant to be inside the human body. Herbs are the most natural way to cure and heal.

There are many ways to take herbs depending on how you prepare them. I created a full guide on what to do with them, dosages and precautions. To read click below:

I’ve seen it mainly used in tea.
I like cooking. Do you think I can use it in my everyday cooking?
Is the ginseng root suitable to be used by children as well?
Do you recommend it for using mainly as a stimulant?
Your post confused me, because up until now I have always thought that ginseng has calming effect rather than stimulating.
I like the price comparison you included.

To answer your questions, ginseng is more commonly used in drink than food, so i wouldn’t use it for cooking; plus it’s too expensive to use in everyday cooking. your kids can use, just make sure to give about half a regular dosage to them.

You may be confusing ginseng with another herb, Ginseng is well known for energy and not calming effects. Valerian is really calming.

Wonderful information here. I heard of ginseng but I’ve never thought much of it or delved into what it is. I do know that the best kind of foods on this earth come from the ground, and this is one of them! It is quite expensive though! I’d definitely get the chews for on the go…ginsenging!
One question I do have is since it’s a stimulant does it have caffeine in it?

I had no idea that ginseng was that rare and expensive!! I was looking into it for the healthy benefits, specifically to increase female sex drive. I was hoping it wasn’t too expensive but I guess I was wrong 🙁 We try to do all organic on top of that, so you know how expensive that can get. Hopefully we will be able to get enough gathered up to buy some!
