Every time you go to find out how to improve the immune system naturally you find some generic advice on eat healthy and exercising; if you’re lucky they’ll tell you not to smoke cigarettes and other obvious advice.

I’m not going to do that in this article. I’m going to actually show you what foods you should be eating and I’m going to tell you why. Also, I’m going to tell you about a fast and easy exercise routine called My System that will actually help your immune system.

Eat Natural and Organic Food

The reason you want to eat organically is there are more nutrients in natural food. When you eat processed food like canned vegetables or frozen dinners, the nutrients have been removed.

Nutrients are like fuel for the immune system. Without them, your immune system will lack and you’ll be more prone to sickness.

Eat Lots of Protein

Many people believe protein only helps build muscle. You’ve probably heard, seen or used protein powders if you’ve ever been in a gym before.

egg

Eggs are loaded with lots of protein

It’s true protein composes your muscles but it also makes up your antibodies too. Your antibodies help fight off sickness and viruses. Without a sufficient amount of protein your won’t have enough antibodies to seek out pathogens.

Don’t get your protein from artificial sources either like whey protein. Eat real food.

Some really good sources of protein include:

  • Nuts like almonds, cashews and pistachios.
  • Eggs
  • Beans, soy and Peas:
  • Milk and cheese: Some people believe whole milk is bad because it has fats. These are healthy fats though and your body needs them.
  • Poultry like chicken, turkey, and duck
  • Lean meats: Deep fried foods and burgers contain saturated fat and cholesterol which is bad for your. Some lean meats include round steaks, loins, chuck shoulders and meats like that are good for you.
  • Fish like cod, halibut, tuna and many others.

Don’t overload on protein either. Just work it into each meal and not all at once.

Eat Balanced Meals

To be truly healthy and have a strong immune system you need to be healthy in all aspects of your meals. There are seven principal classes of nutrients that you need to eat daily to keep your self strong; protein is one of these.

It’s best to eat a little of the following nutrients in every meal.

Carbohydrates

Carbs are the source of your bodies energy. There are two types of carbohydrates:

  1. Simple Carbohydrates: All sugars including dextrose, maltose, lactose, and table sugars (sucrose)
  2. Complex Carbohydrates: Primary starches and examples are bread, rice, pasta beans, fruits, vegetables.

Some foods that have simple and/or complex carbs are:

  • Bread: Only eat when bread is whole wheat. White bread and enriched wheat bread has had all its nutrients taken out in the milling process.
  • Macaroni, spaghetti: Again make sure it’s wheat and not white or enriched.
  • Table sugars
  • Syrup
  • Cereals
  • Meals and flours
  • Crackers
  • Potatoes

Vitamins

Vitamins help regulate many bodily functions including digestive and nervous system which is extremely important to your immune system. Without a proper digestive system you won’t be able to remove waste products from your body which leads to sickness.

Some good sources of vitamins are:

  • Green vegetables
  • Oranges and lemons
  • Butter
  • Melons
  • Tomatoes
  • Herbs
  • Bananas
  • Root Vegetables

Minerals

Essential for numerous processes from bone formations to heart functions; they become part of the body

Good sources of minerals are:

  • Shellfish
  • Apricots
  • Fluoridated Water
  • Broccoli
  • Whole grains
  • Leaf green vegetables
  • Organ Meats

Fats

Numerous body functions from warmth to maintaining healthy skin. Always make sure to eat healthy fats though.

  • Cream
  • Fat Meats
  • Butter
  • Nuts
  • Cooking Fats
  • Table and salad oils

Fiber

Aids in the elimination of body waste and reduces the risk of contracting certain diseases; the indigestible part of the carbohydrate

Good sources of fiber are:

  • Bran
  • Leafy vegetables
  • Whole wheat
  • root vegetables
  • Cereals
  • Fruit pulp

Water

Basis for all body fluids, cell process and organ functions. Make sure you drink clean water.

The Best Exercise Routine

Most exercise routines only focus on muscles and does basically nothing for your overall health and immune system. Even worst, most routines take over a hour long and can lead to injury. I’ve known many weightlifters who developed serious back and knee problems from lifting too much weight over a long period of time

My System is revolutionary and has so many benefits which include:

  • Only takes 15 minutes
  • No equipment and only your body is needed
  • Taught over a six week course
  •  Gives youy energy instead of exhausting you
  • Is fun, easy and feels amazing

You may think you know routines like this but I promise you don’t. Besides working out every muscle and developing them greatly you will also improve the function of your:

  • Lungs
  • Skin
  • Internal organs

These three things are a million times more important than having big muscles. Without having those three aspects being completely healthy, you won’t have a strong immune system or true health.

It improves all this by combining exercise, deep breathing, self massage and your daily shower.

Exercise

The exercises will improve your muscular strength and definition. It will also improve  your flexibility, endurance and coordination.

Deep Breathing

Your immune system depends on healthy lungs. Your lungs are tasked with giving your body energy and without energy your can’t fight off sickness.

Also deep breathers enjoy:

  • Less anxiety
  • Happier mood
  • More confidence

Self Massage

The self massage is for your muscle tone, skin and organs. Your skin is important because it protects your body from bacteria and viruses. Weak skin is easy to penetrate while strong skin isn’t.

Also your skin eliminates waste products and toxins from your body. Without properly working skin you’ll feel sluggish and be prone to many different sicknesses.

Your organs play a huge role in your immune system and they are probably the single most important aspect to your overall health.

The self massage also:

  • Makes your skin wrinkle proof and prevents sagging
  • Makes your skin soft as velvet and firm
  • Strengthens every organ

Daily Shower

Incredibly, your shower is included into the fifteen minutes. It’s recommended to take the shower cold because its better for your skin, hair and nerves than a hot one. You’ll also learn how to take this painlessly.

    Hello Dylan,

I think you hit it right on when you said that we need to invest in our selves and without health there can’t be happiness. Kinda the old adage, without your health you have nothing. I am guilty as charged by not taking care of my self well enough. I definitely need to start with eating healthier and then getting some exercise. I like that your workout system is only 15 minutes and is based around not trying to kill yourself to get a better body. At some point I will have to check it out more in depth.

    Thank you,

    -Anthony

Hi, I have read what you write and I am sure some would not agree (not me) regarding proteins and fat for example. But the fact is, balanced meals is what one needs and you rightly write about it.

I followed links you gave. Man, you look so flexible in these videos and you rotate like being made of rubber. Very nice texts and greatly demonstrated through videos. There is wind noise in the microphone, just to know for future so use some protection like what news reporters are using. Many thanks.
