Once there it can be overcrowded and your favorite machine taken. Also, you can be afraid to experiment with new exercise because you don’t want to get embarrassed. The better alternative is to exercise at home. So what is the best at home workout?
The answer is a fun and fast 15 minute workout called My System that requires no equipment and will leave you with more energy after performing it than before. It also takes care of every health need you can think of and is taught over a easy to learn 6 week video course.
What Makes a Great Home Workout?
First off, you want it to be equipment free. Working out with weights or equipment can get really expensive; you can easily spend thousands of dollars before it’s all said and done. When you just use your body you get so many benefits:

When I say every health need, I mean more than just your muscles. All your muscles will be worked out in My System and be developed greatly but your health relies on more than just that. As a matter of fact your muscles aren’t even a top priority for optimal health.
To be truly healthy every single aspect of your body needs to strengthened and made healthy. This includes your lungs, your skin and your internal organs.
Your lungs and breathing are so important. People with weak lungs develop asthma and have a lack energy (your energy comes from your metabolism which comes from the combo of oxygen and food: better breathing = more energy). How you breathe is directly related to your confidence as well. And before your brush this off, its important to note only 1 out of every 50 people breath correctly.
Your skin helps protect your body from bacteria and germs. You partially breath with it and it helps regulate your body temperature too. Bad skin can lead to dryness and sickness. Healthy skin is pimple free and doesn’t wrinkle or sag. It’s also soft like velvet and is difficult for germs to penetrate.
Your internal organs may be the most important aspect of your health. This includes your kidneys, liver and digestive system. If one of these fails it can lead to a very serious disease or even death. What’s the point of having a huge muscular body if you ignore your digestive system and develop sickness from it?

How Can My System Possibly Do This?

My System combines exercise, deep breathing, cool showers and self massage which scientifically relax, strengthen and tone to body and leaves you in phenomenal health.
Here’s how it’s broken down:
The first 9 exercises are normal body weight movements. These include push ups, sit-ups and other movements like that. Your core will be strengthened greatly by doing these movements and any fat will be replaced with lean muscle. There is a big focus on your abs and obliques in these movements.
I already mentioned the importance of breathing but did you know breathing exercises can be dangerous? People have ruined there lives by misusing breathing techniques and cause derangement to their nerves. They can be dangerous when you strain or do the breathing too aggressively. There are two important things to keep in mind when doing breathing practices:
- Proper Form
- Never Strain
The deep breathing in My System is safe and easy to use. It is because the breathing is done between the exercises when your breathing is elevated and more air is needed.
Performing the deep breathing will:
- Improve your confidence
- Relax your body
- Improve lung function and capacity
- Reduce nervousness, depression and anxiety
- Cure insomnia
- Cure allergies
- Give more energy
After you finish the first 9 exercises you will take a cool shower. The cool shower has so many benefits which include calming nerves, improving skin and improving hair.
Don’t worry about how the cold shower feels either. Because you work out before hand your body is warmed up and the cool shower feels so good; much better than a hot one.
Also, it’s recommenced to decrease the temperature of the shower from hot to cold in increments over a period of time. This way your body won’t even notice the difference in the change of temperature.
Trust me, I resisted this part of the workout for a long time. The second I made the change I haven’t taken a hot shower since. Cold feels to good.
The last 11 exercises of the workout are a self massage for the skin and internal organs. There are thousands of tiny muscles connected to vessels of the skin that lose their firmness over time because they don’t get exercised. This leads to wrinkles and sagging.
This massage is the best way to keep these tiny muscles in tip top shape. If your perform the skin massage everyday you will wrinkle proof your skin for life. It will also improve your skin complexion and blood flow. All pimples and blemishes will disappear over time as well.
The massage is a simple stroking and rubbing with your hands to your skin. This rubbing is combined with exercise. For example, you do a toe touch but on the way down rub the back of your legs and on the way up rub the front of your legs.
These rubbings aren’t done in a random order either. They are scientific in nature and are designed to tone and strengthen every internal organ in your body (the deep breathing creates a massage for organs too).
