Many people want to know how to get younger looking skin naturally but are completely unaware of how to do so.
In this article I’ll show you what foods you should be eating, how to properly digest your food to ensure you’re getting all nutrients, and a special skin massage that will improve the way your skin looks, feels and works in just seven minutes.
This massage is part of an exercise routine called My System that requires no equipment or weights. In addition to helping your skin, it also:
- Workouts every muscle on your body
- Improves the function of your lungs
- And all internal organs
You’ll learn later why those are so important in maintaining perfect skin.
Your Skin is Very Important
Before we get into the specifics, let’s look at why your skin is important.
First off, it acts as a protective layer against germs and bacteria. If your skin is weak, it becomes easy to penetrate and this leads to constant sickness. Strong skin fights off germs and keeps your body safe.
Next, your skin removes waste products and toxins from your body through sweat. If these poisons are kept in your body, you feel sluggish and lack energy; this can also lead to sickness.
Lastly, your skin is what people see. On a societal level and an individual level, we value health and know its power. People who are healthy are more vital and are more productive.
If you are perceived as unhealthy with bad skin, you can be missing out. It could affect:
- Self confidence.
There are many signs of bad skin. They all have different causes but for the most part, have the same cure (which you will learn in just a second).
A few bad signs of bad skin are:
- Over sweating
- Poor complexion
- Acne, pimples, blemishes
and there are many more.
So Which Foods Make Your Skin Look Younger?
Believe it or not, the best food for your skin are fats.
You may be under the impression that fats are unhealthy but this isn’t the case for all of them. There are Seven Principal Classes of Nutrients that you need to eat through out the day to maintain good health and avoid undernourishment; fats are one of them.
Some good sources of healthy fats are:
- Fat meats
- Cooking fats
- Table and salad oils
Make sure to always eat organically too. Foods that are canned or processed are missing key nutrients.

Proper Digestion is key to Health
Without proper digestion you won’t get the full benefit of the nutrients you are eating. All the effort you put into eating healthy will go to waste!
Processing these nutrients are key to healthy skin. There are a few easy things you can do that will ensure perfect digestion.
The first thing is to chew your food thoroughly. You may not realize it but a lot of the digestion process happens in your mouth. Your teeth and saliva break the food down and make it possible to be swallowed.
If the food you eat isn’t chewed enough you digestive system will have hard time breaking it down further which has health consequences.
Next, make sure to drink before or after eating, NOT during.
Also, don’t overeat. Some people suggest eating large amounts of food just to put on as much mass as possible. This can put a strain on your digestive system though. If you are ever stuck between eating more or less–eat less.
A one day fast every few weeks is extremely beneficial too. It gives your digestive system a much needed break and a chance for a spring cleaning.
If a whole day fast scare you, then missing a meal here or there can help.
One of the key nutrients I mentioned before, vitamins, helps aid in the digestive process too.
Lotions and Creams DON’T Work
If you truly want younger looking skin you need to improve its health. Since this is the case, lotions and creams aren’t the answer.
For the most part they are completely indifferent to improving skin function and in many cases, can be injurious.
Here’s what lotions do:
They make your skin look better superficially. It’s all just an illusion.
You put on lotion and it fills in lines of dry skin and make the complexion look better. But once you remove the lotion your skin returns to its normal condition; nothing was fixed.
It’s like putting makeup over a pimple. You can make it seem like that pimple doesn’t exist, but the condition that lead to the pimple, unhealthy skin, remains and so does the pimple.
And more pimples are sure to come, causing embarrassment and costing more money in cosmetics.
There are two keys that guarantee perfect, young looking skin that actually improves how it functions and its overall health. They are:
- And cleanliness.
There are thousands of tiny muscles connected to the vessels of your skin that lose firmness over time. When this happens, wrinkling and sagging start.
Friction is the only way to exercise these muscles and to keep them firm and winkle free for life. Cleanliness does the job of keeping the skin clean and remove dirt from the pores.
My System incorporates both of these into the skin massage.
Before we get into My System..
I’d like to introduce you to someone who knew about the power of friction and cleanliness.
The person I’m talking about is named Sanford Bennett. He developed his own health regime, different from My System, that completely rejuvenated his life.
After a stressful and exhausting business career, Mr. Bennett was on the brink of death at the age of 50. His health was so bad and his body was so weak, he spend months in bed.
Every aspect of his health was failing.
This is him at 50:
Notice how decrepit he looks and how bad his skin is. None of the medicines doctors gave him helped. It was either die or learn how to reverse his poor health own his own.
He decided to take on the challenge. He made it is sole mission in life to learn the truth about health. He discovered nature’s way of healing, and it became clear this was the only true way to acquire health.
At the age 72, 22 years after he learned all this knowledge and practiced it everyday, he took this picture:
He succeeded in his mission and reversed the aging process. His health was made perfect and in his own estimation, at the age of 72, was in the best shape of his entire life.
Take a close look at the difference in his skin. At the age of 50 he had the skin of an 80 year old and at the age of 72 he had the skin of a 30 year old!
All his wrinkles are gone and the firmness of his skin returned.
His skin care routine consisted of friction and cleanliness; he was very against lotions. In his time period Sanford Bennett was pretty famous and wrote an extremely interesting book called Old Age: Its Cause and Prevention.
Now, Bennett wasn’t the first person to discover these methods. In fact it has been known since at least the Ancient Greeks. One of the most famous Greek sculptures, Aproxyomenos, shows a Greek athlete in the process of scarping his skin with a strigil; applying friction.
My System uses these principals (any many more) to give you younger, beautiful skin and a perfectly healthy body too.
How My System Gives You Perfect Skin
So we already established friction and cleanliness is a time tested and proven way to improve your skin.
The skin massage in My System makes use of this. It’s a very easy process and feels amazing too.
It’s a simple rubbing procedure to the skin with the palms of your hand. This process is scientific in nature and is done in a specific pattern that will:
- Make your skin look younger
- Improve function, which improves health
- Prevents against wrinkling and sagging and reverses them
- Prevents against acne, pimples and blemishes
- Firms and softness skin to feel like velvet.
- Improves blood flow and complexion
- Improves the function of all internal organs, including your digestive system, which we looked at earlier.
These rubbings are combined with exercise so you get a muscular workout too. There are 10 massage movements in total.
The Rest of the Routine
In all My System takes 15 minutes to complete and 7 of those minute are for the massage. It took 50 years to develop and came from one of the most respected and well known health experts of all time named JP Muller; he was also a decorated Danish athlete.

The first nine exercise are specifically for your core muscles and include push ups, sit ups and other movements like that. These are moves professional athletes and military people perform.

Deep breathing is extremely important to your lung capacity. Your breathing is the source of your bodies energy, and some would argue the single most important aspect to your health.
Without healthy breathing, your body will fail to be healthy and this will lead to poor skin.

And I understand that. When I first learned all this information I couldn’t believe it either but the more I researched, the more I realized it was the truth.
