With an easy massage that will improve the function of your skin and will also:
- Prevent and remove wrinkles and sagging
- Firm skin and muscles while making your skin soft as velvet

Your Skin Is One Of The Most Important Aspects To Your Health
Your skin is what protects your body from germs and bacteria. If your skin is weak, and it does weaken with age, it becomes easy for germs to get into your body. Strong skin is hard to penetrate.
Also, your skin helps eliminate and get rid of waste products and toxins through sweat. If you have poor functioning skin these poisons get trapped in your body and it can affect your energy levels and concentration.
Everything we eat and drink contain some level of poisons and must be eliminated from your body quickly. If not eliminated quickly, these poisons get into the bloodstream and get circulated through the body affecting your heart, nerves and any weak spots of the body.
This can be the source of many problems like:
- Rheumatic Pains
Other eliminating organs that help in the elimination of waste are your lungs, bowels and kidneys. My System will ensure perfect action of all these.
Having poor skin can lead to sweating problems too. Everyone knows one of the worst things is to get a clammy, sweaty handshake from someone. This happens when your skin isn’t working properly.

What they do is give the illusion of health. They temporarily fill in the lines of dry skin and make your complexion look better superficially.

Why spend all that money on something that doesn’t actually help? Some products cost over a hundred dollars and won’t last that long. Over the course of a lifetime you can easily spend tens of thousands of dollars on them.
The secret to healthy skin, especially skin of anyone over 40, is to exercise it and keep it clean.
The only way to exercise your skin and the thousand of little muscles connected to the vessel of the skin is through friction. Without exercise these little muscles lose their elasticity and drooping, sagging and wrinkling occurs. So the two keys to perfect skin, at any age, is:
This isn’t a new concept either. The Ancient Greeks and every advanced civilization knew this to be true. And well informed people today know this.
How To Get Friction And Cleanliness
You get your cleanliness through daily showers with clean water and good soap. For anyone in a developed country, this is easy.
There are a couple ways to get friction. One good way is with a skin brush. They are relatively cheap and usually come with directions so you can optimally do it.
An even better way, that requires nothing more than your own hands, is with the self massage in My System.

Before we get it into it, it’s important to know it took 50 years to develop and perfect this routine. It was created by one of the most influential health experts and decorated Danish athlete, JP Muller.
In all, there are 19 body weight movements. Using your own body to exercise is much more beneficial than using weights or machines. This is true because:
- You become more in tune with your body
- Improve functionality of muscles for everyday life
- Increase flexibility, coordination, balance and dexterity
- Prevent bad back, bad knees and any joint problems for life
The first nine movements of My System are just regular exercise movements without the massage. These exercises include some of the best core strengthening moves like push ups, sit ups, leg raises, squats and others.
These are moves that professional athletes and military people do to keep in shape. They develop your muscles greatly and improve mobility. Also, they keep your organs in good shape.
In between each exercise you perform two special standing deep breaths. This and the massage is what really makes this routine so special, important and beneficial.
There are dangers involved with deep breathing exercises and this is a problem I have a first hand experience with. The problem is you can’t perform breathing exercises with any amount of strain or you can hurt your nerves, lungs and heart.
To avoid strain you must learn relaxation techniques and that can take months of serious practice.
The deep breathing in My System avoids the need for these relaxation techniques because it is done in between or after exercise, when more air is needed. This makes the breath strain-less, easy and comfortable.
Some people believe your breathing is the single most important aspect to your overall health. The entire yoga movement is based around breathing. And believe it or not, only 1 out of every 50 people breath properly.

You will also learn how to breath correctly in each exercise. If you hold your breath when working out or when straining yourself, you can hurt your heart tremendously. Breathing and form are the two most important factors in exercise to prevent injury.
After the first nine exercises with deep breathing in between, you take your daily shower. It’s recommended to take your shower cold and not hot. You will learn how to take a cold shower in complete comfort and will like the refreshing feeling of cold more than hot.

After completely drying off, you perform the self massage portion of My System which makes up the last ten exercises.
